DESCRIPTION
The series begins with a young monkey-tailed boy named Goku befriending a teenage girl named Bulma . Together, they go on a quest to find the seven Dragon Balls. Goku later undergoes rigorous training regimes and educational programs under the martial artist Master Roshi in order to fight in the World Martial Arts Tournament, a competition involving the most powerful fighters in the world. Outside the tournaments, Goku faces diverse villains such as Emperor Pilaf , the Red Ribbon Army , and the Namekian Piccolo Daimao . Several of the enemies/rivals Goku encounters eventually become his allies and close friends, including his martial arts classmate Krillin , the desert bandit Yamcha , the assassin Tien Shinhan , the samurai Yajirobe , and Piccolo Daimao's offspring/reincarnation Piccolo Jr.As a young adult,Goku meets his older brother Raditz , who reveals to him that they are members of a nearly extinct extraterrestrial race called Saiyans. The Saiyans had sent Goku to Earth as an infant to conquer the planet for them, but he suffered a severe head injury soon after his arrival and lost all memory of his mission, as well as his blood-thirsty Saiyan nature. Goku refuses to help Raditz continue the mission, after which he begins to encounter other enemies from space, most notably the Saiyan prince Vegeta, who becomes his rival due to Vegeta's obsessive desire to surpass Goku in strength, though in the process, he too eventually becomes Goku's ally. Goku also encounters Frieza , the galactic emperor responsible for the destruction of the Saiyan race, whose actions cause Goku to transform into a fabled Super Saiyan. After an epic battle on the planet Namek, Goku defeats Frieza, avenging the lives of billions across the galaxy. Some time later, a group of androids from the former Red Ribbon Army appear, seeking revenge against Goku. During this time, an evil life form called Cell emerges and, after absorbing two of the androids to increase his power, holds his own fighting tournament to decide the fate of the Earth, but is eventually defeated by Goku's first child Son Gohan . Seven years later, Goku is drawn into another battle for the universe against a magical monster named Majin Buu . After many battles, Goku destroys the evil original Majin Buu and the good part of Buu settles down with them. Ten years later, at another World Martial Arts Tournament,Goku meets the evil Buu's human reincarnation,Uub .Leaving the match between the two of them unfinished, Goku takes Uub away on a journey to train him as the Earth's next defender.

Sailor Moon: The Complete TV Series (Ultimate Collection) ( Impoted Asia ) Not available in the US !
Seaon - 1,2,3,4 & 5
Includes all five seasons a premium, high-quality 24 DVD collection in both English and Japanese audio Synopsis The protagonist of Sailor Moon, Usagi Tsukino (called Serena in the US version), an ordinary ditsy middle-school girl—or so she thinks—discovers a talking cat named Luna, who reveals Usagi's identity as "Sailor Moon," a special warrior with the destiny of saving the planet Earth, and later the entire galaxy. Usagi, who is the reincarnation of the Moon Princess, must now protect Earth from a series of villains, beginning with the Dark Kingdom that had appeared once before, long ago, and destroyed the kingdom of the moon.
The characters in Sailor Moon awaken members of the court of the kingdom of the moon, and the people dedicated to protecting it; when the dark nemesis attacked the kingdom, the Queen sent the Moon Princess, her guardians and advisors, and her true love into the future to be reborn. As Usagi and Luna battle evil and search for the Moon Princess, they meet the other Sailor Senshi, incarnations of the Moon Princess' protectors, and the mysterious Tuxedo Mask. As the series progresses, Usagi and her friends learn more and more about the enemies they face and the evil force that directs them. The characters pasts are mysterious and hidden even to them, and much of the early series is devoted to discovering their true identities and pasts. Luna, who teaches and guides the Sailor Senshi, doesn't know everything about their histories either, and the Senshi eventually learn that Usagi is the real Moon Princess. The Moon Princess' mother had her reborn as a Sailor Senshi to protect her. Gradually Usagi discovers the truth about her own past life, her destined true love, and the possibilities for the future of the Solar System.

Pokemon Season 1-4 English Dubbed $ 119.99
A young boy named Satoshi embarks on a journey to become a "Pokemon Master" with his first Pokemon, Pikachu. Joining him on his travels are Takeshi, a girl-obsessed Rock Pokemon Trainer, and Kasumi, a tomboyish Water Pokemon Trainer who may have a crush on him. Satoshi and Co. end up traveling through various regions, including Kanto, the Orange Islands, and Johto, and then enter the Pokemon League competitions there. Along the way, they run into many confrontations with Musashi, Kojirou, and Nyarth, a trio of Pokemon thieves who are apart of an evil organization called "Team Rocket". But everytime Team Rocket try to do their evil deeds, they fail thanks to Satoshi and his Pokemon. The Pokémon anime series and films are a meta-series of adventures separate from the canon that most of the Pokémon video games follow (with the exception of Pokémon Yellow, a game based loosely on the anime storyline). The anime follows the quest of the main character, Ash Ketchum(known as Satoshi in Japan) a Pokémon Master in training, as he and a small group of friends travel around the fictitious world of Pokémon along with their Pokémon partners. The original series, titled Pocket Monsters, or simply Pokémon in western countries (often referred to as Pokémon: Gotta Catch 'Em All to distinguish it from the later series), begins with Ash's first day as a Pokémon trainer. His first (and signature) Pokémon is a Pikachu, differing from the games, where only Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle could be chosen. The series follows the storyline of the original games, Pokémon Red and Blue, in the region of Kanto. Accompanying Ash on his journeys are Brock, the Pewter City Gym Leader, and Misty, the youngest of the Gym Leader sisters from Cerulean City. Pokémon: Adventures in the Orange Islands follows Ash's adventures in the Orange Islands, a place unique to the anime, and replaces Brock with Tracey Sketchit, an artist and "Pokémon watcher". The next series, based on the second generation of games, include Pokémon: Johto Journeys, Pokémon: Johto League Champions, and Pokémon: Master Quest, following the original trio of Ash, Brock, and Misty in the western Johto region.

The story is about a fictional assassin named Himura Kenshin, from the Bakumatsu who becomes a wanderer to protect the people of Japan. Rurouni Kenshin is subtitled "Wandering Samurai" in some English releases. The TV series later licensed in North America and released on DVD by Media Blasters. The first two seasons aired on the United States Cartoon Network as a part of the Toonami Block, while the third season was only featured in DVD. The English-language versions of the OVAs as well as the film were originally released as Samurai X, although the original title was included in the DVD and Blu-ray Disc releases. The first light novel has been translated by Viz and distributed in the United States and Canada. None of the video games of the series have been released in North America. The series has been highly popular in Japan, the United States, Brazil and Europe. The manga has sold over 47 million copies in Japan as of 2007 while the anime has ranked among the 100 most watched series in Japan multiple times. The series has received praise and criticism from various publications for anime, manga and other media, with both having received good response on the characters' designs and the historical setting.

Chobits Episodes 1-26 $ 139.99
In the near future, personal computers take the form of attractive women and men, called Persocoms (editorial note: "persocoms" actually means PC or personal computer in Japanese). Hideki Motosuwa is a poor student who failed his entrance exams to get into college. So, Hideki is forced to move to the city, get a job, and attend cram school in hopes of passing the next college entrance exam. He,of course, wants a Persocom for himself, but is way too poor to afford one. One day, while passing an alley, he finds a Persocom in a trash heap. However, his new find doesn't seem to be like the others he's heard about. She doesn't seem to have any operating system at all, and only says "Chii". As Hideki learns more about his Persocom (aptly named "Chii"), he finds that she is not of any known type, and most likely some sort of prototype model. He also learns of the rumor of the "Chobits", Persocoms with the ability to think for themselves, instead of running only complex programs. Find out what happens between Hideki and his new Persocom as she learns more about her environment, people, and life.
Review:
'Chobits' at first glance can be considered as nothing short of a generic anime that draws comedy out of perversion. As true as it maybe, that is not the case. At first I could not stop laughing my heart out at the hilarious accounts of Hideki's city life and his fantasies. As the story progressed, I realized that the show has more to it than the belly aching comedy. The story explores the society's obsession towards electronics and the artificial for companionship. In the 'Chobits' world, people are spending more time with the persocons or the androids. There are people who are falling in love with their persocons and cheating on their spouse. All these reflect the societal interactions that we see today. People are obsessed with the computers, portable music players, gaming systems and phones that have reduced the level at which people interact with each other everyday in the streets, office or in public transportation. As more electronic devices come to our life, more we are pushing each other apart. 'Chobits' explore these issues in a light-hearted but emotional tone that would make anyone shed tears in laughter or sorrow.

Critics have described Elfen Lied as "weird," (Anime Planet), "surprisingly sadistic," (Gamers Edge), and "addictive"(Animesou). No wonder, when you consider what makes this series hum! Lucy, a beautiful young mutant, is bred by the military to be the ultimate weapon. Now, with government killers on her trail, the disposition of a five year old, and a hair trigger for ultraviolence, Lucy and her young friends must unravel the dark secret of herlegacy before it's too late.
Reviews:
This is one of best stories I have ever seen. There are so many fine details that the storywriter and director actually paid attention to that makes this series so wonderful, so sublime. The story is the star, but the details make this story shine like a polished diamond. The music, the artwork, the character development, the roller coaster ride of violence and tenderness -all are carefully thought out and shown with care. This is no anime for thefaint of heart. There are scenes that are simply so horrifying and gut wrenching that it may leave an indelible impression that you can't get rid of. This is true of both the violence of the "monsters", as well as the evil in the hearts of men.At times in the story, you will understand the violence, even expect it- maybe even want it. However, be prepared for what happens to the "innocents" and the innocence. This is not for the faint of heart.

I just picked up the complete series collection of Maburaho, and I have to say I am impressed. Yes, it is another harem animé in the samecategory as Tenchi Muyo, Love Hina, etc. But, is that really so bad ?Here is a Quick run-down of the plot, in case this review happens to be the first thing you have ever read about Maburaho. You can skip this paragraph if you already know the plot- It is a story about a world where EVERYONE can use magic.Worth and value are placed on people with strong magic. Even more worth and value is placed on people who can use their magic lots of times (they can tell how many times one has left to use, by using a special magic meter). Once a person has used up their limit of magic uses, they they turn into ash and
(generally) die. Kazuki, the hero of the show, just so happens to have the strongest magic on the planet. His ancestors were all ridiculously powerful magicians, and his genes are worth a LOT to some of the most powerful families in Japan. This leads to most of the girls initial contact with him, they are told by their families to either marry him and breed, or to just breed (depending on the family). The major problem with all of this, is that Kazuki only has 8 magic uses left before he turns to ash, at the start of the show, and he seems to be burning through them pretty quickly...So, the story has a lot of heart, and it has characters you can really get behind, and cheer for.My favorite is Rin, she is just so loveable, you just want to hug her. Especially when she is being sad because nobody wants to see what her biology club is up to.I could make strong comparisons to any harem animé with Maburaho, but I will use Tenchi Muyo (because that is another of my favorites). The main character, Kazuki, is a wuss -- just like Tenchi. He is shy around women, and will instantly cave to anything to ask of him -- just like Tenchi. He also has a mysteriously strong inner power (in this case, his magic, and not the power of Jurai) which can overcome darn near anything -- just like Tenchi. He also has a lot of trouble using his power -- just like Tenchi -- although in his case it is not a matter of learning to make Light Hawk Wings on his own, but instead it is due to the severely limited number of times he can use his magic. He also has a bad case of "Knight-on-a-white-horse" syndrome, and he is constantly trying to save every female around him, who gets into any sort of trouble -- just like Tenchi. The 3 main girls in the show are Yuna, who behaves a lot like a combination of Aeka and Sasami from Tenchi Muyo.
